Work Packages

INVOLVE is planned as a 24-months project, starting on 1/1/2020 and ending on 31/12/2021. It entails 7 work packages, of them 4 directly related to research questions.

WORK PACKAGE 1
Partner: Notus-asr

Project Management

The objective is to ensure close coordination among partners in order to guarantee fluent communication within the consortium, efficient project administrative and economic project management and project delivery in terms of quality of results and timeliness.

Desk Research

Desk research will cover research objectives 1, 2 and 3. During this phase, the partnership will provide a clear picture of the ‘state of the art’ in the involved countries and sectors.

Field work

To contribute to address objectives 4 and 5, field work will be conducted. It will include around 100 semi- structured interviews (25 interviews per country) which will be conducted at different levels, namely macro, meso and micro.

Developing Scenarios

This WP will address research objective 6. A participatory scenario methodology will be conducted in each country, with the aim of developing a minimum of two and a maximum of four scenarios about potential governance integrative structures improving social partners’ involvement in VET systems.

Concluding analysis

The concluding analysis will stem from the results of the desk research (WP2), the fieldwork (WP3) and the outcomes of the scenarios development (WP4), as well as discussions held on the scientific meetings (WP1) where national stakeholders, associate partners (national social partners) and members of the Advisory Board, will be jointly involved.

Dissemination activities

Dissemination is conceived in order to spread the results of the research to a wider audience and through different channels. Thus, it includes other products and activities beyond the final report that will be edited and published in English.

Quality control and monitoring

This WP will organise monitoring and evaluation activities in order to ensure the coherence and consistency of project delivery with the objectives and the expected results of the proposal.
